A non-profit in Mercer County is looking to fill a position for an AMS Clean Up Specialist for about a 10 week project.
They are seeking a candidate with the following:
Data Entry & Spreadsheet Management

• Accurately input, update, and maintain contact records within a dedicated project Excel tracking spreadsheet.
• Format and organize large datasets using basic Excel functionalities to ensure clean data transitions.
• Identify and flagging duplicate entries, missing fields, or inconsistent data formatting for internal review.

• Conduct targeted web research to cross-reference and validate the accuracy of individual records (e.g., job titles, current employers, email addresses, and locations).
• Utilize open-source platforms including professional networks (such as LinkedIn), corporate websites, and AI search assistants (like Microsoft Copilot) to locate updated contact details.
• Synthesize research findings to discern the most current and accurate piece of information when multiple data points conflict.

• Place direct phone calls to individuals or organizations to professionally confirm or update contact information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service , communicating clearly and politely while representing the organization's brand.
• Document call outcomes and log verified updates systematically within the tracking spreadsheet.

• Perform self-audits on completed data rows to guarantee absolute correctness before final submission.
